The Remedy

Experts in self discovery healing and self development

Our aim is to support Families in the self discovery healing and personal development using therapeutic well being methods.

With the focus being on the challenges faced, we inspire, support and empower people to grow, to bloom, with the understanding that healing starts heart and mind together. We are energy conduits of change bringing together people from all backgrounds to have the basic mechanisms to cope day-to-day, expanding their creativity to self explore, challenge themselves in getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, standing in their truth.

Being present is key in the assessment of where any participant is at, so this is the first step... meeting where an individual is at.
