With the current increase in knife crime , gun crime and serious youth violence, there has been a disengagement and mistrust within the relationship between the community and the police. This match aims to strengthen the relationship and work towards rebuilding trust with the police. Promoting unity, equality and inclusivity through football will encourage a positive relationship, value and respect between the community and the police working together to prevent knife crime, gun crime & serious youth violence.
